  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 12 tbsp butter softened and sliced, unsalted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups Fresh fruit berries and kiwi recommended
  • 1/2 cup jam smooth versus chunky

Instructions

Crust

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a food processor, combine sugar, flour, and butter. Blend until the mixture forms a ball.
  2. Using your fingers, press the dough into a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom, taking care to push the crust into the indentations in the sides. Pat until the crust is even and somewhat smooth. Bake the crust for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it turns a light share of brown. Set aside to cool.

Filling and Topping

  1. Beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla together until smooth. 
  2. Spread the cream over the cooled crust. Decorate the top with a variety of colorful fruits.
  3. Heat up the jam in the microwave or in a small sauce pan until it becomes slightly melted. Using a pastry brush, lightly spread the jam on top of the fruit to give it a nice sheen. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
