why eating a store-bought guacamole full of chemicals and preservatives when you can easily make your own in like 10 minutes with fresh ripe avocados.

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 2 cloves of garlic- mashed
- 1/4 small red onion – diced
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half. With a knife, take the pit out and using a spoon, scoop the avocado out of the skin. Mash the avocado with a fork.
- Add onion, garlic and parsley. Mix well.
- Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
