Peach Salsa. Fresh peach salsa with red pepper, jalapeño, red onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and fresh lime juice. A sweet and savory salsa perfect to pair with chips, grilled chicken or pork.

Ingredients
- 3-4 large fresh peaches (peeled, sliced, and chopped)
- 2 small roma tomatoes (diced)
- 1/2 red pepper (diced)
- 1/4 red onion (diced)
- 1-2 jalapeños (diced)
- 1/2 bunch cilantro (chopped)
- 1-2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2-1 teaspoon salt
- honey (optional for a touch of sweetness)

Instructions
- Peel and slice peaches and cut into small pieces. Dice tomato tomatoes, red pepper, red onion, and jalapeños. Roughly chop cilantro leaves, removing stems.
- Add lime juice. Sprinkle with salt and honey, if so desired.
- Serve with tortilla chips or on top of grilled chicken or tacos.
