Ingredients
- 3 cups tomatoes cored, seeded and chopped
- ½ cup white, or red, onion chopped, or more, to taste
- 1 Jalapeño cored, seeded and chopped (more or less, to taste)
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 3 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Mix the tomatoes, onion, pepper.
- Stir in the cilantro
- Add the lime juice and the garlic salt.
- Mix well.
- Best if allowed to sit for an hour or so.
