Ingredients

  • Leftover Cheddar Bacon Explosion
  • focaccia bread low carb, 1 loaf
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Slice your cheddar bacon explosion in accordance to your bread. You want 2 slices that will fit on the "bun".
  2. In a pan, put your heat to medium-high. In the meantime, butter up the outside of your focaccia bread.
  3. Once your pan is hot, add your bacon explosion slices and fry them on both sides until they are semi crisp. Remove them from the pan once they're cooked through and crisp on the outsides.
  4. Place your buttered focaccia bread in your pan and let it fry, getting crisped up.
  5. Flip it and allow it to get just a little toasted on the non-buttered side.
  6. Assemble your sandwich with sauces of choice (I used sugar free ketchup and some brown mustard).
