Fried Oreos Recipe
Description
The process involves heating vegetable oil to a high frying temperature, then dipping Oreos into a batter made by whisking together pancake mix, egg, milk, and a small amount of oil. Frying them until golden brown crisps the exterior while softening the cookie inside.
After frying, the Oreos are drained on paper towels to remove excess oil and dusted with powdered sugar for a finishing sweetness. The warm, slightly chewy interior combined with the crispy fried batter coating offers a playful sweet snack experience.
