This quick and easy Fried Ravioli recipe features cheese ravioli coated with seasoned bread crumbs and fried to perfection. Enjoy with a side of marinara sauce for an appetizer everyone will love.

Ingredients
- 1 Pound Cheese Raviolis Fresh or Frozen, Defrosted
- 1 Cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 Tablespoon water
- vegetable oil For Frying

Instructions
- In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- In another shallow dish, whisk together the egg and water. Set aside.
- Dip the raviolis in the egg mixture and then press into the bread crumb mixture. Set on a wire rack while the frying oil heats up.
- Heat the oil in a large deep pan or dutch oven to 350℉. Fry the raviolis in batches, about 6 at a time until golden brown and crispy, about 1.5-2 minutes. Turing half way through. Remove from oil and set on a wire rack to cool slightly.
- Serve with marinara sauce, garnish with grated parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Enjoy!
