Frozen Cranberry Bars

Frozen Cranberry Bars combine a graham cracker and butter crust with a creamy mixture of cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, fresh cranberries, and raspberry gelatin. This no-bake dessert sets firm in the freezer, offering a cool, tart, and sweet treat cut into squares.

Description

Frozen Cranberry Bars start with a crust made from graham cracker crumbs blended with melted butter, pressed firmly into a pan. The filling blends softened cream cheese with sweetened condensed milk until smooth, then incorporates small chopped fresh cranberries and raspberry-flavored gelatin powder. Once combined, this mixture is spread evenly on the prepared crust.

Chilling in the freezer for one to two hours allows the bars to firm up and set, creating a dessert with a creamy texture and a bright, tart cranberry flavor balanced by the sweetness of the condensed milk and gelatin. The graham cracker crust adds a buttery, slightly crunchy base.

The bars are best served frozen and can be cut into 16 squares. They are suitable as a refreshing dessert or snack, especially for occasions needing make-ahead desserts.

Line the pan with parchment paper for easier removal and consider dipping the pan base briefly in warm water to loosen frozen bars. Store bars in an airtight container in the freezer for up to three months.
