Ingredients

Servings

Frozen Lemonade Pie

  • 1 .4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix box
  • 1 .4 ounces instant lemon pudding mix box
  • 8 ounces lemonade concentrate thawed, frozen
  • 1 3/4 cup milk cold
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ounce whipped topping thawed, container (Cool Whip
  • 2 inch Graham Cracker Crust pre-made

Pink Lemonade Pie

  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1 ounce pink lemonade concentrate (half of can) thawed
  • 1 ounce whipped topping thawed, container (Cool Whip
  • red food coloring if desired, for a deeper pink color

Instructions

Frozen Lemonade Pie

  1. In a medium sized bowl mix together pudding mixes and milk with a whisk until it thickens. Once thick add in vanilla extract and mix again.
  2. Pour in 8 ounces of lemonade concentrate ( mine came in a 12 ounce container, do not use the entire container or the pie will be too wet) Mix well with whisk.
  3. Add in cool whip in sections, folding until completely mixed in after each section. Pour mixture into 2 prepared pie crusts and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Once firmed, slice and serve with fresh fruit and whipped cream!

Pink Lemonade Pie

  1. Remove the strawberry ice cream from the freezer and allow to thaw for 20 minutes to soften the ice cream.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pink lemonade, ice cream, and cool whip. Whisk everything until combined and no ice cream lumps appear.
  3. Once the mixture is smooth, pour into the pie shell and spread evenly. Place into the freezer overnight.
  4. Optional: spread and pipe extra whipped cream on top decorating with lemon zest and lemon slices.
