  • 16 ounces Mango frozen chunks
  • 8 ounces mango nectar
  • ¼ cup agave nectar
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 ounces tequila blanco

Garnish

  • 2 tbsp chamoy sauce more or less to taste
  • tajin seasoning for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp agave nectar for garnish
  • tamarind candy to serve, straws
  • lime to serve, wedges

Instructions

  1. Blend together mango chunks and nectar, the tequila, lime juice and agave nectar in a blender until smooth and well combined.
  2. While the blender is going, brush a little bit of agave nectar around the rim of your drinking glasses or a side of the glasses.
  3. Pour some tajín seasoning onto a small salad plate, then coat the rim or side of glass thoroughly with the Tajín.
  4. Use a small spoon or a small squeeze bottle to drizzle the chamoy sauce into the bottom and onto the inner sides of your glasses.
  5. Pour the blended mango margarita mixture into your prepared glasses. Serve immediately with lime wedges and tamarind straws, if using.
