- olive oil extra virgin, spray

Instructions
- Remove the frozen samosas from the packaging and place into the air fryer basket.
- Spray with extra virgin olive oil spray.
- Air fry for 6 minutes at 180c/360f before serving.
Notes
- Spray. Don’t miss the step of spraying or adding egg wash as it gives your frozen samosas that wonderful glow that you associate with the favourite Indian snack.
- Wash. If you are using egg wash then mix one egg in a ramekin with a splash of milk.
