  • 500 g yogurt natural
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoon oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon milk chocolate chips
  • 4 strawberries sliced
  • 100 g blueberries

Instructions

  1. Add a sheet of baking paper or foil to a baking tray add 500 g Natural yogurt and 3 tablespoon Honey. Mix well and spread it out. Our pieces were about a half inch thick, but how thick yours is depends on how thin you spread out the yogurt.
  2. Sprinkle the yogurt with 3 tablespoon Oats and 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
  3. Top with 4 Strawberries100 g Blueberries and 2 tablespoon Milk chocolate chips.
  4. Put in the freezer for 3 hours and then cut into chunks and serve.

Notes

  • For a richer finish, drizzle melted white, milk, or dark chocolate over the bark before freezing.
  • Dairy-free yogurt options work but may alter the texture; results vary by brand.
  • Granola can substitute oats for added nuts and dried fruit.
