Frozen Yogurt Bark
Description
The Frozen Yogurt Bark recipe combines natural yogurt with honey, stirred and spread onto a lined baking tray to about half an inch thickness. It is then sprinkled evenly with oats and chia seeds, adding fiber and a chewy texture. Fresh sliced strawberries, blueberries, and milk chocolate chips top the bark before it freezes solid over three hours. Once frozen, the bark is cut into chunks for serving.
This frozen treat balances creamy and tangy yogurt with sweet, fruity, and crunchy ingredients, offering a cool and healthy-snack style dessert. The mix of textures comes from the seeds and oats alongside the smooth yogurt and melty chocolate chips.
Variations can involve using flavored or dairy-free yogurt, swapping in granola for oats, or using different fruits. Thawing the bark for a minute before eating softens the texture slightly without melting. Certified gluten-free oats should be used if gluten sensitivity is a concern.
