Frozen Yogurt Recipe

This Frozen Yogurt Recipe blends frozen fruit with plain yogurt, honey, sugar, and vanilla for a creamy, fruity treat. The ingredients are pureed until smooth, then frozen to create refreshing homemade frozen yogurt that can be customized with various fruit choices. It’s a flexible dessert for hot days or a snack whenever you want something cold and mildly sweet.

Description

Frozen Yogurt Recipe combines roughly four cups of frozen fruit—such as berries, peaches, pineapple, or bananas—with plain or Greek yogurt, honey, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Blending these ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor breaks down the frozen fruit, producing a creamy mixture. If needed, extra yogurt can be added to help with blending.

The smooth blend is then frozen for at least 2 to 3 hours to firm up before serving. The result is a versatile frozen dessert with natural fruit flavors and a balance of sweetness from honey and sugar.

The recipe allows for ingredient substitution and choice of fruit, adapting easily to preferences or what’s available. It offers a simple method to make fruit-forward frozen yogurt at home without an ice cream machine.
