Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 ¼ cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup honey
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse fresh strawberries until they’re 80% blended.
- Add in the yogurt, almond milk, extract, and honey. Pulse again until everything is blended together.
- Use a funnel and carefully pour the strawberry yogurt mixture into each plastic sleeve.
- Place the sealed yogurt tubes on a baking sheet. Freeze for 3-6 hours or until frozen solid.
- Allow the yogurt tubes to thaw for 5-10 minutes before enjoying the delicious treats (the outside gets slightly softer and delicious to eat!)

Notes
- I highly recommend using fresh fruit. I’ve tested frozen fruit too and it makes the pops slightly more icy.
- You can throw these in your kids' school lunches frozen and then they'll thaw but still be nice and chilled by the time they eat them. The frozen yogurt tube will also serve as a temporary ice pack to the rest of lunch.
