Fruit Salad With Ice Cream
Description
The Fruit Salad With Ice Cream combines ripe tropical and temperate fruits such as banana, mango, sapota, and strawberries, optionally including dragon fruit. These fruits are peeled, chopped, and mixed with chopped cashews, almonds, and pistachios to add texture. The salad is served in individual bowls with two to three scoops of vanilla ice cream on top, garnished with additional sliced strawberries and nuts. The dessert offers a pleasant contrast between the natural sweetness and juiciness of the fruits and the creamy richness of the ice cream, enhanced by the crunch of the nuts. It is served immediately to preserve the freshness and the creamy texture of the ice cream.
