Fry Suace Beef Burger sare a delicious way to ramp up a traditional hamburger! Over flowing flavor and perfectly juicy, they are sure to be a hit at your next BBQ.

Ingredients
For the Fry Sauce
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
For the Burgers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
For Serving
- 4 hamburger buns
- lettuce
- cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Combine the ketchup and mayonnaise in a small bowl, set aside.
- Combine the spices in a small bowl, set aside.
- Divide the Ground Beef into 8 pieces and flatten into patties about 4 inches wide. They will be thin, but that is ok!
- Season each piece with the spice mixture by sprinkling it on both sides.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of fry sauce onto 4 of the patties.
- Use the remaining 4 patties as tops for the patties with fry sauce on them.
- Gently crimp the edges with a fork, smoothing them with your hands afterwards.
- Heat the grill to 400°F, about medium heat.
- Place the burgers on the grates. This is easily done by using a grilling spatula.
- Let the patties cook for about 8 minutes on eachside, until the internal temperature reaches 165 °F on a meat thermometer.
- Serve the patties with additional fry sauce on hamburger buns with lettuce and cheese.
