- 1 ¾ cups coconut milk 400 mls
- ⅔ cup condensed coconut milk 150 mls
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup Brazilian cachaça 2 oz each serving
- 2 tablespoon lime juice

- Prepare the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the coconut milk, condensed coconut milk, coconut water, lime juice, and cachaça. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Mocktail version: For an alcohol-free version, omit the cachaca!
- Rim the Glass: Add ¼ cup of condensed coconut milk to a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, add the toasted coconut flakes. Gently press the rim of your cocktail glass into the bowl of condensed milk, then into the coconut flakes to coat.
- Assemble the Cocktail: Fill the rimmed glass with ice cubes and pour in the batida de coco mixture. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes and a lime wedge for a tropical touch.
