Funfetti Blondie Recipe

Funfetti Blondies combine the tender crumb of cake mix with white chocolate chips for a moist, sweet treat. The batter, made with cake mix, egg, oil, and milk, is baked until set but may retain a slight gooey center that firms after resting. A smooth vanilla frosting topped with sprinkles adds a rich, creamy finish, making these bars suitable for parties or casual desserts.

Description

Funfetti Blondies use a boxed Funfetti cake mix as the base, mixed with egg, vegetable oil, and milk to form a batter that includes white chocolate chips for added texture and sweetness. The batter is poured into a greased pan and baked at 350°F until mostly set. The blondies may be slightly gooey in the center when removed but will firm up after cooling.

The frosting combines softened butter, milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar, whipped smoothly and spread over the cooled bars. This layer provides additional sweetness and moisture, balancing the dense texture of the blondies. These bars offer a festive look from the sprinkles, with a soft yet chewy bite.

They can be prepared as a fun dessert for gatherings or snacks. Baking time and doneness can be adjusted to preference for gooier or firmer blondies.
