Description
Funfetti Blondies use a boxed Funfetti cake mix as the base, mixed with egg, vegetable oil, and milk to form a batter that includes white chocolate chips for added texture and sweetness. The batter is poured into a greased pan and baked at 350°F until mostly set. The blondies may be slightly gooey in the center when removed but will firm up after cooling.
The frosting combines softened butter, milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar, whipped smoothly and spread over the cooled bars. Ingredients
Cake
- 1 box Funfetti Cake Mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
Frosting

- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cake mix, egg, and oil until well combined. Add milk slowly to the mixture. Stir in chips and mix well.

- Mix all ingredients for frosting until smooth. Spread over bars.
