Gabriela Yogurt Parfaits

A breakfast favorite!

Ingredients
- One 17.5oz Greek Yogurt container
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can of sliced peaches chopped
- 1 can of apricot halves chopped
- granola preferably homemade
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add the yogurt, the heavy cream, the brown sugar and the vanilla. Whisk to combine. Cover and take it to the fridge for around 20 minutes.
- Assemble your parfaits in parfait glasses in this order: 2 Tbsp granola, 2 Tbsp fruit, 2 Tbsp yogurt. Repeat until the glass is full. Finish with yogurt, fruit and granola on top.
- Enjoy your parfaits for breakfast or brunch! :-)
