Garlic and Butter Grilled Scallops

A flavorful, tender, seafood dish that is quick to prepare and a favorite with all!!

Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 lb scallop fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 lb Shrimp deveined
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Rinse scallops/shrimp and thaw if frozen.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add in the garlic and allow to cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add in the scallop/shrimps to the skillet and cook about 3-4 minutes, or until slightly golden brown. 
  5. Remove from heat and serve!
