Garlic Beef and Broccoli Noodles

Garlic Beef and Broccoli Noodles blend tender flank steak, crisp-tender broccoli, sliced mushrooms, and wide rice noodles in a savory sauce made from soy, hoisin, brown sugar, and aromatic spices. The noodles and broccoli cook together, while the steak and mushrooms are seared with garlic to develop rich flavors. Tossed in a thickened sauce, this dish offers a balanced combination of hearty beef, fresh vegetables, and slurpable noodles, making it a filling and flavorful meal.

Description

Garlic Beef and Broccoli Noodles feature sliced flank steak cooked until no longer pink, paired with mushrooms sautéed alongside garlic for added depth. Rice noodles and broccoli florets are cooked together until tender, then combined with the beef mixture. The sauce, made from a blend of brown sugar, reduced-sodium soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, and crushed red pepper flakes, is thickened with cornstarch and coats the noodles to create a harmonious balance of sweet, salty, and mildly spicy flavors. This combination delivers a satisfying dish with tender meat, crisp vegetables, and silky noodles.

The dish can be served as a main course for lunch or dinner, providing protein and vegetables in one bowl. It works well on its own or accompanied by a simple side salad or steamed rice for added bulk.
