Garlic Butter Air Fryer Salmon

Garlic Butter Air Fryer Salmon features salmon fillets brushed with a garlic, butter, and herb mixture, then cooked in an air fryer to achieve a crisp skin and tender interior. The preparation highlights the rich, buttery garlic flavor complemented by oregano, parsley, and a hint of chili, finished with lemon juice for brightness.

Description

This recipe uses salmon fillets seasoned with salt and pepper, brushed with a mixture of melted butter, crushed garlic, oregano, chili flakes, parsley, and lemon juice. The salmon is cooked in the air fryer at a high temperature, initially with skin-side down on parchment paper, to crisp the skin and seal in moisture.

After the first cooking stage, the salmon is turned over and brushed again with the garlic butter mixture to enhance flavor and moisture. The final cooking ensures the fish is cooked to the desired doneness with a tender, moist center contrasted by a crisp skin.

Finished with a squeeze of fresh lemon, this salmon pairs well with simple sides and showcases rich, aromatic garlic butter infused with herbs. The air fryer provides a convenient way to cook the fish evenly and quickly without added fat.
