Garlic Butter Pasta with Garlic Chicken
Description
The recipe begins by melting a stick of salted butter over low heat and gently cooking finely chopped garlic without browning to infuse the butter's flavor. Meanwhile, chicken breasts are pounded thin to ensure quick, even cooking and then seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. The chicken is seared in hot olive oil for about two minutes per side, forming a lightly crisp crust while maintaining juiciness inside.
In parallel, pasta is cooked in salted boiling water until al dente. After draining, some pasta water is reserved to adjust the sauce's consistency as needed. The cooked pasta is combined with the garlic butter, allowing the rich, subtly spiced sauce to coat each strand thoroughly. The minced fresh parsley sprinkled at the end adds a hint of freshness and color contrast to the dish.
This simple yet intensely flavored pasta with chicken can be served as a satisfying main course. The method emphasizes layering garlic flavors through both the butter and the chicken seasoning, creating a unified garlic taste profile throughout the meal.
