Ingredients

MAIN

  • 40 g garlic chives
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Pinch fine sea salt

DRESSING

  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • A few sprinkles ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the olive oil and salt in a small bowl. Add the garlic and mix them well.
  2. Bake the garlic (from step 1) at 180 C until golden brown.
  3. Combine the baked garlic and garlic chives in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the dressing and lightly mix them with chopsticks.
  5. Serve.
