  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  3. Roll the pizza crust out and cut it into 9 strips, then tie each of the strips into knots.
  4. Place on a baking sheet, brush with half of the seasoned melted butter and bake for 12 minutes.

Notes

  • Store leftover garlic knots in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
  • If you have an air fryer, I recommend reheating them in an air fryer at 400°F for 4 minutes.
  • If you don’t have an air fryer, I recommend reheating them in the oven. Turn the broiler on the oven to high. Place the knots on a baking sheet and in the middle rack of the oven for 2 minutes. Be sure to watch the garlic knots under the broiler to make sure the garlic does not burn.
  • To make cheesy garlic knots, either stir 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese into the garlic butter before topping the garlic knots, or top the knots with 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese before serving. You can also add mozzarella cheese after the knots have been brushed with half of the garlic butter, top them each with about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese (total of 9 tablespoons cheese) before baking them in the oven.
