Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges, olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overlapping.
- Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan cheese over the potato wedges.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Turn the wedges halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over them while they are still hot.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
