Garlic Sauce Pasta
Description
This recipe builds its flavor upon a garlic sauce prepared by gently heating olive oil with minced garlic to release its aroma without burning. Red pepper flakes add mild heat, while an everyday seasoning blend and lemon zest brighten the sauce. The sauce is then combined with cooked linguini and shredded mozzarella, which melts smoothly to create a creamy coating.
The pasta finished in this garlic sauce presents a balance of pungent garlic flavor, gentle spiciness, and creamy cheese texture. Salt and black pepper are adjusted to taste, complementing the sauce’s richness. The method is straightforward with emphasis on careful cooking of garlic to avoid bitterness.
This dish can stand alone as a flavorful pasta, or be enhanced by stirring in proteins like chicken, steak, or fish as suggested. Serving the pasta immediately preserves the melted cheese texture and the fresh garlic essence.
