This high protein chocolate mousse is decadent, velvety smooth, and incredibly rich! This quick and easy dessert takes only 5 minutes to make. It is great for a healthier dessert and snack!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup coconut cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- 1 coop protein powder
Instructions
- First, add all of the ingredients to a bowl. Use a hand mixer to whip until creamy and smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve!
Notes

- Use vanilla Greek yogurt for the best flavor.
- Stir the can of coconut cream before measuring. It will be pretty thick.
- Mix until fully creamy and combined.
- Eat immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
