These crustless pizza bowls are easy, quick and so fun! They are a great dinner for the whole family. Add in your favorite toppings for a completely customizable pizza bowl. They are low carb and gluten free!

Ingredients
- 1 pound Australian grass fed ground beef
- 2 slices cooked bacon
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- fresh parsley

Instructions
- First, preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place 4 ramekins on a baking pan.
- Cook ground beef until brown and crumbly. Drain off grease.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons pizza sauce into the bottom of each ramekin.
- Then, top with a spoonful of ground beef and bacon bits.
- Top with a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese.
- Then, repeat these layers.
- Sprinkle some onion powder, garlic power and fresh parsley on top.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Finally, remove from oven. Serve!
Notes
- I love Australian grass fed ground beef, but regular ground beef, Italian sausage, ground pork, ground chicken and ground turkey can be used.
- These bowls are totally customizable. Feel free to add in pepperoni, onions, peppers, mushrooms and more.
- To make dairy free, use dairy free cheese.
- For Keto, use sugar free pizza sauce and sugar free bacon.
- Bake until cheese has melted.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
