  • 2 2 mini cucumbers
  • Pinch flakey sea salt or kosher salt
  • 1-2 1-2 teaspoons chili crisp
  • 1 1 ounce goat cheese crumbles
  • cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Smash Cucumbers: using the back of a Chef's knife, press down on the cucumber to smash it (as you would with garlic cloves). You can also use a large knife or just the palm of your hand. Cut the smashed cucumber into approximately 1-inch sections and break it apart as needed.
  2. Place the smashed cucumber pieces on a plate or small bowl and sprinkle with salt. Drizzle with chili oil and crisp and goat cheese. Garnish with fresh cilantro as desired.
