- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground cardamom (optional)
Instructions
- Mix everything and store in an airtight container. Keeps for months.
Notes
- The spice flavor comes out stronger with additional ginger int he recipe such as candied ginger or with brown sugar or molasses
