Gluten Free Garlic Bread

This homemade gluten free garlic bread is total comfort food! It is bursting with fresh garlic flavor. Each piece is buttery with crispy edges and a soft tender middle.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 12 lices gluten free bread
  • 6 tbsp butter softened
  • 2 tbsp garlic minced
  • pinch salt sea salt
  • pinch black pepper ground
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped, fresh

Instructions

  1. First, preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, sea salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
  3. Spread butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread. Continue for all bread.
  4. Wrap bread in tin foil. Place in a casserole dish or on baking pan.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes. Optional: broil on high for 1 to 2 minutes, watching closely.
  6. Finally, remove from oven and serve!

Notes

  • Any type of gluten free bread can be used.  I used Schar white bread.
  • Use softened butter.
  • For crispier bread, broil for 1 to 2 minutes on high.  Carefully watch bread to prevent burning.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • This bread freezes well.
