Gluten Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

These gluten free oatmeal raisin cookies are just as soft, chewy and delicious as the classic cookie, without the gluten!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free flour Premium Gold brand
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Combine the flour, baking soda and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  3. Cream together the butter and brown sugar.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla and combine well, then add the flour mixture.
  5. Mix the flour into the dough, then hand mix in the oats and raisins.
  6. Mix all of the ingredients together then form the dough into small balls and place on a baking stone.
  7. Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
