  • 2 tbs garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • ⅛-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tbs cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Chop each chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large plastic baggie. Toss in the spices and Tabasco sauce.
  2. Toss the chicken in the bag to coat.
  3. Heat a pan over just over medium heat with the cooking oil (we use avocado).
  4. Place the chicken in the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently until cooked through and slightly golden brown.

Notes

  • Adjust cayenne pepper and Tabasco levels to customize heat intensity to your preference.
  • Use 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in cast iron pans; 1 tablespoon is sufficient for nonstick pans.
