Description

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast boneless & skinless
- 2 tbs garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon salt
- ⅛-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ to 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 2 tbs cooking oil
Instructions
- Chop each chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large plastic baggie. Toss in the spices and Tabasco sauce.
- Toss the chicken in the bag to coat.
- Heat a pan over just over medium heat with the cooking oil (we use avocado).
- Place the chicken in the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently until cooked through and slightly golden brown.
Notes
- Adjust cayenne pepper and Tabasco levels to customize heat intensity to your preference.
- Use 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in cast iron pans; 1 tablespoon is sufficient for nonstick pans.
