  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • powdered sugar
  • Rolos

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Beat butter, vanilla, egg and cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in cake mix.
  3. Chill for 1 hour.
  4. Scoop dough with cookie scoop into a bowl of powdered sugar.  Roll around and then flatten dough, place a Rolo in the middle and fold the dough around the Rolo.
  5. Place cookie dough on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Dust powdered sugar over baked cookies, if desired. Let cool.
