- 1 kg beef chuck steak cubed, 2 ¼ lbs
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 onion chopped
- 1 ½ tbsp paprika sweet
- 2 carrot cut into chunks
- 1 green capsicum sliced, small
- 140 gms tomato paste 5 oz
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 1 lt water 4 cups
- 3 potato peeled and quartered, medium
- 2 tbsp parsley chopped
- 1 ½ tsp caraway seeds
- 2 tsp marjoram
