  • 15 Oreo cookies Chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • chocolate chopped, ANDES brand chocolates
  • 7.8 oz chocolate pudding mix 2 - 3.9 packages, JELL-O Instant
  • 4 cups milk cold
  • green food coloring
  • mint extract flavoring
  • 2 cups whipped topping thawed COOL WHIPPED, or whipped cream
  • oreo cookie crumbs additional, for garnish
  • chocolate additional, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped cookies and Andes. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mixed and milk. Let stand 5 min.
  3. While pudding is setting, mix food coloring and mint into whipped cream until blended.
  4. Layer chocolate pudding, whipped cream, cookie/chocolate mix into cups and repeat layers.
  5. Top with whole Oreo and Andes and refrigerate 30 minutes. ENJOY!
