Gravlax
- 800 gms salmon fillet 1.7 pounds
- 45 gms white sugar 3 tablespoons
- 15 gms sea salt amount not specified
- 1 dill big bunch; fresh
Sweet Dill Mustard Sauce (makes 1 ½ cups)
- 6 tbsp honey mustard
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp plain vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil I use sunflower
- ½ cup dill finely chopped, fresh
