  • 2 tablespoon red onion (diced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomato halved
  • 1 cup English cucumber (cubed)
  • 2 tablespoon parsley minced, fresh
  • ¼ cup Greek salad dressing (store bought or homemade)

Homemade Greek Dressing

  • cup extra-virgin olive oil (or neutral oil of choice)
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Is using homemade Greek salad dressing, prepare by mixing all ingredients together until well combined in a small bowl. Set aside.
