Ingredients
- 2 large English cucumbers thinly sliced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives pitted and halved
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and halved kalamata olives.
