Ingredients
- 16 ounces hummus
- 2 tablespoons kalamata olives, halved
- ½ cucumber, seeded and diced½ tomato, seeded and diced
- 1 tablespoon diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons feta
- Pita wedges, cucumber slices, or celery
Instructions
- Spread hummus into a shallow dish. Sprinkle with olives,cucumbers, tomatoes, onion,and feta. Serve with pita wedges,cucumber slices, or celery. NOTES: All amounts are approximate and can be adjusted to taste.
