Ingredients
- 3/4 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 TB unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1.5 TB honey
- 2 TB sesame paste
- a pinch of salt

Instructions
- Whisk together the chickpea flour, cocoa powder and salt in a medium saucepan.
- Add the sesame paste, honey, milk, and vanilla extract and stir until smooth.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens and begins to pull away from the sides of the pan. If the hummus is too thick, stir in a bit more milk.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and allow to cool before enjoying.
