Traditional nachos are given a Greek twist in this recipe that tops pita chips with chickpeas, sun dried tomatoes & lots of great Greek flavors!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ cup sun dried tomatoes
- ½ cup capers
- 15 oz can chickpeas drained & rinsed
- 6 oz Pita chips
- 2 cups kaseri or muenster cheese shredded
- ¼ cup Tzatziki sauce
- ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
- ¼ cup kalamata olives
- ¼ cup green onions diced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Add the olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat.
- When hot, add the garlic to the oil and saute 1-2 minutes, then add the ground turkey.
- Cook through, then add the oregano, salt and pepper.
- Add the sun dried tomatoes, capers and chickpeas.
- Mix everything together, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Arrange the pita chips in a single layer on a large oven-safe plate or baking sheet.
- Top with the turkey mixture, then sprinkle the shredded muenster cheese over the top.
- Place in the oven until the cheese is melted, 5-10 minutes.
- Drizzle the tzatziki sauce over the nachos. Top with the feta cheese, olives and green onions.
