Greek Pizza

Report
Greek Pizza combines a rolled-out pizza dough base with classic Mediterranean toppings: spinach, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, olives, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and crumbled feta. Baked until the cheese melts and the crust is cooked, it offers a mix of fresh, briny, and savory flavors with varied vegetable textures crowned by creamy cheeses.

Description

Greek Pizza uses pizza dough spread with sauce, then topped with chopped spinach and grated mozzarella. Roasted diced red peppers, halved olives, artichoke hearts, and cherry tomatoes add vibrant color and herbaceous, tangy notes. The pizza is finished with crumbled feta cheese that provides a salty creamy contrast.

Baked at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes, the pizza develops a golden crust and bubbling cheese. The variety of toppings and cheeses balance sweet roasted pepper, fresh tomato, and briny olives and artichoke, creating a rich, layered flavor.

Serve warm as a main or alongside a fresh salad. The combination highlights typical Greek ingredients while using common pizza baking techniques for an accessible homemade option.

The notes mention swapping spinach with kale or rocket for different greens. Mozzarella can be replaced with mature cheddar if desired, and red chili flakes can be added for a spicy kick.
