Greek Salad Dressing

This super simple Greek Salad Dressing is creamy, vegan-friendly, and so versatile. Use it on your Greek salad, or your fav cooked veggies.

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh high quality olive oil
- 1 tbsp. dried oregano or 1 large handful fresh oregano finely chopped
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Juice of 1-2 medium-sized lemons around 1/4-1/2 cup
- 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 3 small garlic cloves pressed
Add to Shopping List
Instructions
- To a medium-sized mason jar add all the ingredients and shake till well combined.
- Use immediately and store it in the fridge for at least 10 days.
Notes
- This dressing is great for marinating vegetables, tofu, tempeh or even feta!
- Get creative, if you want to add dried thyme or dried rosemary that would work great too!
