These Greek Turkey Meatballs are mixed with feta cheese and lots of fresh herbs and spices for an easy, healthy, gluten free and low carb dinner!

Ingredients
- 1 pound 93% lean ground turkey
- 2 ounces full fat feta cheese
- 1 large egg whisked
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley minced
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground basil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon ground dill
- 3/4 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Pre heat your oven to 400 degrees and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed. Use a cookie scoop to place onto the pan in heaping 1 Tbsp sized balls, rolling them into a ball. You should get 20 balls.
- Bake until an instant read thermometer inserted in the center reads 165 degrees F, about 10-13 minutes.
- Serve as desired and DEVOUR! (I like dipping in tzatziki!)
