Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) package penne pasta
- 1 cup sliced kalamata olives, pitted
- 2 small diced cucumbers,
- 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1 ½ cups crumbled Feta cheese
- 1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 clove

Instructions
- Prepare 1 (16-ounce) package penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water.
- Place the cooked and drained pasta into a large bowl. Add 1 cup sliced kalamata olives, 2 small diced cucumbers,, 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes, and 1 ½ cups crumbled feta cheese.
- In a small bowl whisk 1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt, ¼ cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper and 1 teaspoon minced garlic,
- Pour the dressing over the pasta ingredients and gently toss to combine. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
