Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup spinach about 2 handfuls
  • 2-4 pitted dates
  • 1 scoop vanilla hemp protein powder may sub other type of protein
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed.

  • Makes 2 servings. (You can store one in the fridge for later if needed).
