Ingredients

Servings

Green Eggs

  • 24 pretzels square, criss-cross
  • 24 Candy Melts bright white
  • 24 M&M's green

Snack Mix

  • 2 cups Popcorn salted
  • 2 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup M&M's green
  • 2 tablespoons Sprinkles green

Instructions

Green Eggs

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Layout the pretzels on the prepared baking sheet. Place one candy melt on each pretzel.
  3. Bake for 1 minute, just long enough to soften the candy melts. You don't want them to melt.
  4. Remove pretzels from the oven and immediately press one green M&M into each softened candy melt to make "green eggs".
  5. Chill the "eggs" for 30 minutes in the fridge to set the candy.

Snack Mix

  1. In a large serving bowl, gently mix together all the green eggs, popcorn, marshmallows, more green M&Ms, and green sprinkles. Serve immediately.
