Green Pasta

Green Pasta combines linguine with a creamy blend of avocado, peas, basil, and parsley, resulting in a smooth and vibrant sauce. The sauce’s mild garlic and onion powder seasoning adds subtle depth without overpowering the fresh herb flavors. This pasta is tossed warm with the green sauce, creating a bright, herbaceous dish that highlights the freshness of the ingredients in a light and creamy texture.

Description

Green Pasta features linguine cooked to al dente, tossed with a sauce made from ripe avocados and fresh peas blended with basil and parsley. The sauce uses milk to achieve a creamy consistency, while garlic powder and onion powder provide a mild aromatics base, balanced with salt and black pepper. Heating the sauce before combining it with the pasta helps meld the flavors while keeping the green vibrance. This results in a smooth, herbaceous pasta with a mellow garlic note and a fresh texture from the peas.

This dish works well as a light lunch or dinner, suitable for those wanting a creamy sauce without dairy cream. The fresh herbs and avocado provide richness and brightness, making it satisfying served alone or alongside a protein.
